Responsible for development and global implementation of the Kuehne + Nagel Operations Excellence program, called KNPS, encompassing both the development and roll-out of enabling IT systems and the installation of a Lean Six Sigma infrastructure for the business unit Contract Logistics.

Responsible for implementation productivity management as part of the operational excellence program worldwide. The main tasks were defined as:• Rollout of the productivity program and training across 9 regions and over 40 different countries within the division of contract logistics with the objective to have warehouse locations be actively involved in productivity management, resource planning and (financial) control• Creation of best practice cases and the ability to scale them worldwide

Responsibility for implementation of Contract Logistics customer projects throughout USA in line with Customer Transition & Integration guidelines. The main tasks were defined as:• Smooth Implementation of contract logistics projects of new customers and/or new business for existing customers avoiding interference to existing business and realizing implementations on time, within the budget and within the requested scope.• Smooth transition projects of current customers to new facilities or new WMS and OTMFollowing more detailed tasks were included in the responsibility package:• Control, overview and reporting of current project status• Management of all project relevant elements like material/information flows, Hardware equipment, layout of warehouse and processes and of all IT resources allocated to the project in such a way that these deliver all the work required to complete the project within time, financial and time constraints• Project Communication to client project organization as well as all involved KN departments• Development and management of project plan and timeline• Support operational processes during ramp-up after implementation• Ensure transferability of knowledge to other implementations
