In Cushman & Wakefield I had a opportunity to go thru various IT projects like:- Novell netware migration to Windows servers- Lotus Notes to MS Exchange transition- Global Win XP upgrade to Win 7- PBX switchboard upgrade to Cisco IP telephony in Czech & Hungary- MS Echange transiton to o365- Various software virtualization on different platforms - Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare- New office setup & planning for Slovakia- Ofice moves for Czech Republic & Slovakia- C&W merge with DTZ - transition to global platform - unified software and HW platform- SEO & Web marketing- CRM implementaion - Dynamics 365 & Salesforceand many othersMain responsibilites are local IT Projects management, coordination with & reporting within CE Europe IT group.
