I started as assistant of IT project manager and thru the 10 years of my career I achieved role of IT senior project manager. In my current role I am focusing on IT service management area and new IT technologies and trends which can accelerate effectivity and efficiency of value co-creation. I think nowadays business and IT aren`t two separate worlds. They are two sides of the same coin. Finding right balance between creativity and rules, directive versus self-steering teams and efective cooperation is long time sustaineble approche for creating inovative products and continual increseing of value for external and internal customer. For achieving this goals, I am often using best practices or their combinations from ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM and many others.Sharing my knowledge with colueges is for me same important like learning new ones. Using a new practicies, technologies and principles for creating solutions are for me neverending thrilled journey to better services, to which creation I am contributing. Same as the business unit want satisfined external customers, IT want satisfied internal customers which are same important for the organization.
