I am a versatile Software Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a talent for helping teams excel. I've been involved in all sorts of software development projects, working with everyone from small local businesses to big global companies.But that's just what I get paid for.What I really spend my time doing... is learning. I'm learning from people, books, and most importantly, from mistakes - mine and others'. I'm figuring out how to understand my team better, listen more, and code smarter. I'm picking up new tools, coding styles, and even looking at how to make meetings less of a headache. I'm learning to manage my own stress and help others with theirs. I'm also getting better at picking up new things, keeping healthy, remembering stuff, taking notes, and making the most of my Mac. Outside of work, I'm trying my hand at playing the piano, riding horses, dancing, and hey, you're never too old to start parkour, right? And part of my learning journey includes mastering the art of not taking criticism personally, whether it's intended that way or not. Finally, I'm working on sharing what's in my head, getting it down in writing, speaking up, and getting better at English. Yeah, I like to keep busy!So, where did it all begin? Back in high school, 2005, I jumped into the tech world as a web developer. From there, it's been a wild ride across roles (in random order) - Java, Android, PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, and React developer, CQ5 administrator, CSS coder, analyst, project lead, and I even co-found a company and worked as CEO there.Now, I'm mostly at Datamole, leading a team of full-stack developers and working as the lead engineer and software architect.And though I've learned a lot from just diving in, I also hold a Master's degree in Software Engineering from CTU in Prague. Just to round it all out.
