I have more than four years of experience in IT helpdesk roles, working with various companies such as WiseGuyz, Eastern Metal Supply, Comcast, and Office Depot. I have also earned multiple CompTIA certifications, including A+, Network+, and Security+, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in IT fundamentals, networking, and security.
