Manage my own Pet Supplies and Accessories Shop for (Dogs, Cats and Fish)

Under the direct supervision of the Laundry Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation in the laundry section; ensures that all laundry items are processed following the prescribed standard and procedures.1. Double- checks and monitors the processing of laundry, dry-cleaning and pressing of items and ensures that service meets quality expected.2. Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of laundry and dry-cleaning sections as well as the equipment used. Follow-up the needed preventive maintenance repairs.3. Prepares annual laundry section budget.4. Approves requisitions, time sheets, maintenance order, sick/vacation leaves, etc.5. Issues and receives inter-office memorandum; receives and checks monthly production reports and ensure their distribution to all concerned.6. Attends to guest complaints, request and inquires.7. Investigates all complaints regarding laundry service and personnel; takes appropriate action and reports them to his superior.8. Conducts training of laundry personnel on established laundry policies and procedures.9. Conducts regular operational meeting among his staff to discuss/resolve operational problems.10. Periodically reviews procedure and policies and develop/ recommends and implements new procedures.11. Ensures that consumption of laundry supplies is kept within the limits of the budget.12. Performs other related duties as maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
