Technical Support Engineer
Current- Provide Technical Support for a web hosting platform, Plesk.
- Application level troubleshooting (Apache/NGINX/IIS/MySQL/MSSQL/Postfix/Qmail/Mailenable/PHP(FCGI/FPM)/DNS/FTP/APS-Packages)
- Responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and providing assistance for issues related to Plesk Panel for Linux and Windows servers
- Resolve customers complaints with strong verbal and negotiation skills via call/email/chat.
- Contribute to Operations handbook
