Working at Helico Australia I have been involved in the process of rebuilding Robinson 44 and Robinson 22 helicopters. This has allowed me to gain experience in serval areas including; Part disassembly and cataloging of parts in an organized fashion for reassembling months in the future. Manufacturing of parts from sheet metal, such as exterior panels. Fiberglass manufacturing and repairs.Non-destructive material crack testing via magnetic dye. Paint prep and painting procedures. Part assembly and testing as shown in the respective maintenance manual.

As a team leader at Yo-Chi, you are the first port of call for onsite issues. Team leaders are also responsible for opening and closing venues, managing staff throughout the day as well as maintaining an efficient roster during the week. The team leaders also involves training new employees and helping them through the onboarding process.Other duties are management of the tills and back-of-house finances, including the ordering of stock and filing of invoices.
