Responsible for the overall operation of Anhydrous Alcohol Production, CO2 Plant and Water Treatment PlantResponsible for the management of activities in the Process Department related to the understanding, implementation, and maintenance of comapny policies and objectives for better productivity and profitability particularly involving in the manufacture of Anhydrous Alcohol ( Bioethanol) and Liquid Carbon Dioxide.Responsible in maintaining and improving the process for sustainable management of waste (spentwash) and operation of Water Treatment PlantDuties and Responsibilities:1. Manage all activities and resources of Process Department2. Oversee day to day production of Anhydrous alcohol and liquid Carbon Dioxide and operation of Water Treatment Plant3. Manage preparation of annual operating expense (OPEX) and Capital expense (CAPEX) budget4. Set standard and values in eaxh phase of the operation and see to it that standard figures are being followed against laboratory figures and make necessary corrections, adjustments and corrective actions to improve product quality, food safety and efficiency of operation5. Plan and maintain measures to achieve an effective risk based approach in addressing potential problems6. Approve documents relative to the departmental level7. Oversee and gather appraisal report from supervisors regarding subordinates performance and correspondingly prepare necessary recommendation8. Oversee preparation for preventive maintenance repair work schedule and its implementation9. Conduct root cause analysis together with the department for unmet targets and oversee the implementation of corrections and corrective actions10. Continuously improve the operations thru the help of implementing systems such as Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015), Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000 V6), Environmental Management System (ISO 14000)11. Maintain and implement certifications of the plant

 Plans, schedules and coordinates maintenance activities and ensures availability and timely delivery of process chemicals and materials needed in the operation. Prepares and budget third party services in order to sustain efficient plant operation and ensure proper functioning of production activities of the plant.  Monitors chemical consumption and availability to avoid inadequate supply of chemicals during operations.  Monitors spare parts stock levels needed and preparation of PR’s for parts needed in Process Department to be used Preventive Maintenance Shutdown.  Attends to personnel and technical problems.  Recommends plans for the improvement of equipment, operational procedures, process materials and etc.  Request budget and monitors Manpower requirement (third party) of the plant in SAP.  Request and make budget for CAPEX (Capital Expenses) items in our Budget Monitoring System (BMS)  Prepare tabulation and make evaluation for the quotations given by suppliers and contractors.  Create and monitors purchase requisitions (PR) made for process department (Ethanol Plant, Water Treatment Plant and CO2 Plant)  Monitors Purchase Orders (PO) and evaluate delivery of items and services made for process department.  Plans and prepares the OPEX (Operation Expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenses) budget for the following year

 Supervise over-all manufacturing process systems for a safe, smooth and orderly conduct of its operations in attaining production targets.  Supervises and coordinates directly the process operation of Fermentation, Distillation, Dehydration, Evaporation and Water Treatment sections of the plant  Supervises cleaning and repairs of equipment during preventive maintenance shutdown  Supervise the process operators of process systems and resources to achieve production objectives in the most effective and efficient manner.  Reports any defects and/ or abnormalities of equipment and coordinates with engineering supervisor for immediate repair  Tabulate and check the daily operations records and reports of process operators. Ensure that all required data are correct and duly accomplished on time.  Meet with process operators to discuss matters affecting operations and other concerns.  Reports any misconduct of his subordinates, violation of rules and regulations, and other matters that pertains to personnel and operations.  Turn over all unfinished work to the incoming shift Process Supervisor

 Supervises the overall activities in the production area ensuring that all procedures are strictly implemented to produce high quality paints at the least possible time  Responsible for the performance, safety and efficiency of the production group and proper utilization of assigned manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.  Responsible for the implementation of standard manufacturing procedures, work instructions and training of all production personnel.  Planning and scheduling of production batches per machine based on weekly production schedule with provision to accommodate incoming rush and urgent orders.  Coordinates with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding the testing of the properties and the quality of each batch and performs laboratory work for the corrective measures of problematic batches such as rework, blending, thicker adjustments, etc.  Performs laboratory work/testing on production operations for new paint products and new color developments.  Performs Time and Motion Study on production process, recommends measures, and draws up plan of action to improve manpower, method and machine efficiency for proper implementation of the company’s continuous improvement program.  Check the quality and quantity of all raw materials delivered to the plant.  Submits weekly and monthly inventory of raw materials and monthly production output to the Plant Manager.
