My name is Raja Franz Tornes and I'm a Senior Business Developer Manager. This year has been incredibly rewarding for me, as I have achieved some of my biggest goals. I got a promotion, built my own house, and increased my income. My early career was filled with highlights, but the biggest one was when I was promoted to second director of a company. It was an incredible feeling to be trusted with such an important role and it gave me the confidence to take on bigger challenges. I am truly passionate about satisfying my customers and making sure that they get the best possible outcome from working with me. I believe that this is the most important part of my job and it's what drives me every day. What sets me apart from others is my ability to find solutions where others give up. I'm not afraid to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions that can benefit everyone involved. This has been a huge asset in my career and it's something that I'm very proud of. The accomplishment that I'm most proud of is finishing all of my work 100% no matter how hard it may be. This has been a personal goal for me since day one and it's something that has helped me become successful in my career. My greatest professional aspiration is to help lead and guide my own team to success. This means creating an environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential, while also helping them reach their goals in life. It's something that I'm very passionate about and it's something that drives me every day.
