About Franz Bosshammer

First people, then technology!I am an expert in the development and manufacturing of machines for aseptic pharmaceutical operations, with a special focus on freeze drying technology. Coming from a position as general manager at the Optima Group pharma, since 2012 I am working as a Global Technology Partner for Fill & Finisch Operation for NNE.Starting my career in the field of process engineering with BOC-Edwards, I now have more than 25 years of experience in the field of fill and finish projects, also international. And I have filled positions such as process engineer and sales director in the supplying industry for pharmaceutical aseptic fill and finish machines. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with Bayer, Roche and other leading actors from the pharmaceutic industries, developing freeze dryers and isolator technology under high standards of plant and process equipment, among others.With a degree in mechanical engineering, as well as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), I always strive for more information on and knowledge of my professional field, having results and innovative solutions as a driving force.
