As an industrial and organizational psychologist with a broad scope, I look at human behavior from various angles: Currently, with EY, I am exploring how behavior can be analysed via organizational process data (i.e., process mining) and how I can use my skills to further improve audit tools. Particular topics are to reduce sample sizes through analytical procedures, or to infer criminal acts like fraud and HR outcomes from data.Previously, in my dissertation, I studied behavior during personnel selection with a focus on the applicants' emotions and taught various aspects of I-O-psychology like personnel development, selection, or coaching. Moreover, I looked at human driving behavior, speech dialog/navigation systems and other human machine interfaces, performance in tests like general mental ability tests, product design, and business plan development.
