Internship at the Institute of Neurology• Investigation of the kinetics of changing compounds on endosomes during retrograde axonal transport.• Methods included isolating neurons from the embryonic spinal cord, handling embryonic stem cell and primary neurons and maintaining them in culture in differentiated and undifferentiated state, carrying out antibody based staining for specific cellular proteins and detecting them by high-resolutionfluorescence microscope, biochemical techniques.
