Kinnings Academy is the leadership program for East German Changemakers. As a fellow, I am particiating in the one-year program which offers leadership training, exchange with other changemakers and virtual coaching. The program aims to support the development of skills that are essential for effective action: sovereign leadership, problem-solving skills and a convincing presence.
