Innovation Scout
CurrentI joined LBBW's innovation management team six months after it was founded. What I particularly like about this position is that it reflects my strong belief in progress through knowledge, innovation and recombination. As an Innovation Scout, I am responsible for the beginning of the organisational innovation process. I define strategic search fields to focus the innovation projects and design formats for idea generation. I then carry out an initial evaluation of the ideas. To do this, I am in close contact with the idea generators and experts, who put the ideas in an overall context with regard to customer needs, feasibility and economic viability. If an idea turns out to be promising, I pass it on to my fellow Innovation Managers, who further test the idea and its viability via prototyping in a stagegate process.
Referentin Geschäftsführung & Organisationsentwicklung
Digitalisation is by no means just a technology issue. Rather, it is a social change that was only made possible by digital technologies and can only be successfully shaped with these technologies. At twr GmbH, as employee no. 2, I supported customers in driving their digital transformation forward while keeping their employees involved in this process. I aimed at creating a positive environment for this change for everyone involved. Besides, I did what I enjoy most: Designing events and conncecting people by establishing a MeetUp group on the topic of perceiving digitalisation as an opportunity. Within the year I spent at twr GmbH, I grew the group to more than 800 participants and made it popular even beyond the borders of Stuttgart. Unfortunately, I had to leave twr GmbH for economic reasons (and then Covid came along...). I am very grateful for the experiences and insights into the field of digitalisation and would not have wanted to miss this step in my career.
Referentin Koordination & Projekte
Two and a half years after joining, I took on another position at BWIHK. As the coordinator for office management and projects, I am particularly proud of the reorientation of this employer's most important networking event. I decided to address a different target group than the usual one for this kind of event. I also designed the event to be emotionally charged in the spirit of experience economy. The contacts we were able to generate and deepen this way are still resilient and valuable today. This gave us a competitive advantage over other associations.
Assistentin Des Geschäftsführers
I started my career as an assistant to the management of BWIHK. This is a typical step for people like me with a wide range of interests. What attracted me to the position was the chance to apply my multidisciplinary background to varied tasks. I particularly liked the interface function I had, both within the organization and with political players. Special highlights were projects together with my boss, e. g. the implementation of a farewell newspaper for our president, or the drafting of amendments to the articles of association together with lawyers - virtually all challenges I was allowed to dive into and to get to grips with.
Geschäftsführerin
JCs, or Wirtschaftsjunioren (WJ) as we call them in Germany, are young entrepreneurs and managers under 40. Those who join the WJ are committed to their careers - but also want to make a difference beyond that. They actively shape their social environment and are particularly committed to young people who have difficulties in the transition from school to work. They network with each other in their city, but also beyond that in Germany and the world. As Managing Director of JCI JCI/Wirtschaftsjunioren Baden-Württemberg I supported the volunteer members in all administrative areas. Vor example, I kept an eye on the budget, negotiated sponsoring contracts, kept track of decisions in protocols and worked closely with the president to form and maintain an active network. I still value this network dearly and have become a volunteer member in the meantime.
