"Finding the right answers means asking the right questions."When I was a child I was completely into strategy games. There is a picture of me playing Checkers against my grandfather, taken when I was about 6 years old. I was about to win and you can see the excitement in my face. I still remember this particular game and the feeling I had. I was enthusiastic because I knew my winning was not due to luck but to a game plan; a clear strategy that I had developed.I always liked the creative, imaginative part of strategy development, the part that asks "what if..." followed by the development of different scenarios. Today, I ask "what if..." regarding the future of work, organizations and leadership. My approach is still playful and, if you're up for it, you can always challenge me to a game of Checkers.
