My mission is to empower individuals to connect deeply within themselves and to leverage their strengths effectively. I am passionate about fostering consciousness and sustainability in heart-centered businesses, believing that such endeavors pave the way for more inclusive, healthy and purposeful futures.As a PhD candidate in Information Systems at Freie Universität Berlin, I focus on Digital Entrepreneurship and Diversity. I bring over ten years of experience in tech startups, finance, strategic communications, and business development to my role as CEO of Humanize. My journey spans continents and industries, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and impactful work.My academic background includes a Bachelor's in Finance from Stuttgart, Germany, and a Master’s in Business Communications from Rider University, New Jersey. During my time in the United States, I published a book chapter on gender quotas, led the Rider Women Leadership Council's Mentoring Program, and interned at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. I have also held roles as a product manager and marketing expert in tech startups and taught Digital Communications at Rutgers University.In addition to my professional pursuits, I am dedicated to mindfulness and personal growth. After spending four months in Indonesia studying mindfulness, I became a meditation, mindfulness, and yoga teacher. I have continued this practice alongside my professional roles, bringing a holistic approach to my leadership and teaching.Currently based in Berlin, I have worked at a consulting firm, co-managed a female founders accelerator, and taught entrepreneurship education at Europa-Universität Flensburg. At Humanize, I continue to integrate my diverse entrepreneurial experiences to inspire and support others in creating meaningful and sustainable ventures.
