Built the new line of financial KYC products of MetaMap while building the engineering team from scratch. After 6 months, the product was launched. 6 more months after that, we had the largest coverage in LATAM having 35+ banking scrapers and over 1000+ bank statement parsers. And another 6 months after that, we have integrated with 2 credit score providers in 🇨🇴 Colombia and 🇲🇽 Mexico. I grew 3 high performing engineering teams of ~15 people from all over the world - 🇷🇺 Russia, 🇦🇲 Armenia, 🇦🇲 India and 🇦🇲 Philippines. We are able to deploy multiple times a day, has a lead time of change of less than a week, mean time to recover of less than a day, and less than 15% change failure rate

Managed and maintained 17 integrations of the Alice Platform with multiple external parties like Property Management Systems while managing a team of 3 engineers 🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦.

Hired the first 3 in-house engineers. Transitioned the engineering work from our Indian partner to our new in-house engineering team. Reduced release cycle from every 1-2 months to 2-4 times a week.Managed an organization of 15 engineers, product, qa and data scientists.
