The Freelance journey of design started here for a season spent in South Africa, with a focus on Branding and Web Design for Small Businesses. I also worked remotely with clients in the United States in Online Publishing for the Health & Wellness sphere.

BRS Ltd provides conflict management training, and how to deal with workplace violence and aggression. We have been leaders in Personal Safety Training Since 1992. I had the privilege to jump onboard for two years to establish their brand in the UK and become a leader in their field. The focus was on taking their communications, print media, and social/web presence to modern standards, but also to make the learning experience of the multi-cultural people they teach, interactive, and increase their capacity to absorb knowledge with creativity through presentations, videos, etc.

I became the Art/Creative Director for Capstone Media & Events, lead by Matt Jones. With the Abu Dhabi creative seen starting to flourish, we focused on Branding, Event Design, Film, and Broadcasting. A part of my role here was to help establish a creative team that can design and role out the high demands that the UAE requires.

At Community Life Exhibitions (Well of Life Church) under the late Mike Eltringham, I was employed as Director of all Creative Media. I lead the creative team of one of the biggest churches in Dubai, with the focus on internal and external Communications for all Graphic Design: Print Monthly Magazines (Chief Editor) and Weekly Newsletters, Social Media (Design & Management), and Web Design. As well as Film and Photography.

At Joie Design, a design agency in Dubai, I worked as a Graphic Designer. Here I worked with clients like Emaar, Abu Dhabi Government, Brookfield Multiplex, Al Habtoor, etc. Under the founder and Creative Director (Owner) John Watkinson, and creatively being shaped by the brilliance of Design Director Darrien Harris, who now has his own agency called Harris & Jansen.
