I am a management consultant, Senior Partner at Bain & Company, with over 25 years of experience. I spend half of my time supporting a few large global companies thrive and transform. I am lucky to have developed close relationships with spectacular executives who know that doing well and doing good is important. Currently, I spend the other half of my time being Bain's Global Head of Capabilities. My job is about brining the best of Bain's expertise to our clients and working with fantastic teams all over the world to support clients in many areas such as Strategy and Transformation, Organization and Sustainability, Growth and Performance improvement. In my spare time, I teach strategy at the Solvay Business School in Brussels. I also love French literature from the XIXth century, American literature from the XXth, and Japanese video games from the XXIst.
