Participation to the following industrial projects (as project leader or as technical adviser):1) Greenfiled plasterboard plants in Cartagena (Columbia), Belfast (UK) and Zaragosa (Spain) - budget: M€ 30-602) Erection or revamping of several workshops (dry and ready-mix compounds) in Melbourne (Australia), in Mazan (France), in Konin (Poland) and in China (Shanghai).Project leader for the Industrialization of a new mixer for plasterboard line (based on a Lafarge Research Dept patent):- 2 year development and testing of a prototype in Lippendorf plant (Germany),- detailled design and manufacturing of this new mixer (on going) --> installation of the equipment in Korea planned on Q4 2012.Study of the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Gypsum Division (plasterboard plants): opportunity study, working group animation (i.e. maintenance managers), set up of functional specification and technical assessment of software (e.g. JDE).

Assignments on « entity » audits of Business Units in the fourth Divisions of Lafarge (i.e. cement, concrete and aggregates, roofing, gypsum) and in various areas (15 countries over 5 continents) - team of 3 to 4 auditors.Assignments on « process » audits in the following fields:- logistics (cement, aggregates, gypsum),- environment / waste management (cement, aggregates),- HSE (aggregates & concrete)- performance plan. In charge of the elaboration of audit guides (Logistics, Environment) and self assessment tools (alternative fuel usage, logistics).

• In charge of the following investments:- Installation of a new synthetic gypsum dryer in Netherlands (Delfzijl),- Revamping of the “preparing station area” of a plasterboard plant in France (Ottmarsheim).• Project leader for the study of plasterboard waste recycling solutions : testing new equipment (e.g. crusher / mill, automatic feeder), basic design of recycling workshop (e.g. Carpentras in Frnace), modification of existing installations (e.g. Delfzijl).
