The exercise required extremely careful planning that included several Distinguished Visitor days (3) that involved heads of state as well as royal families. Additionally the execution of these high profile, complicated events required intricate planning, especially in the air asset coordination. Francoise was the single point of contact to plan, coordinate, manage and supervise the entire air program. The planning that went into this evolution required months of work and coordination between foreign entities as well as civilian and military resources. Her work was the key to this highly successful event. It was perfect and it was noticed by the highest levels of government. She was mentioned by name by the commander of the Northern NATO forces and thanked by the NATO Maritime Command for her meticulous planning and efforts.
