I am a determined, hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic person who values honesty, humility and integrity above all else. My philosophy:To improve your communications, business and personal relations, a high level of integrity (emotional intelligence) and honesty is required to nurture business and personal relations. Humility is vital for self improvement. You are not able to learn and improve your skill sets if you cannot identify and admit your own flaws and areas of improvement. We all learn from experiences and mistakes made along our path, only by identifying our mistakes and flaws, we are then open to guidance from colleagues. From there we can attain knowledge and direction for ourselves on a path to success.My Goal:I am determined to gain further my skillsets to better my value as an employee and currently have my sights on attaining an LBP level 1 license, which I feel I am soon to be ready for. With this I can offer more in terms of value and pride in my growth.My Personal Life:I am a father of 6 Daughters with a loving Wife who supports me. Life outside of work as you see can be a little hectic and busy with a large family, though my family help keep me grounded and offer me a sense of pride and responsibility, encouraging my growth to success. Skill sets in time and project management, I cannot solely give credit to my work experience, a lot of the influence on these skills come with my duty as a parent of 6, which I am enternally greatful for.
