Mckinstry is a large and fast growing energy services company with a diverse portfolio of national clients. They provide a completerange of building solutions in the Design, Build, Operate Maintain model (DBOM).While at McKinstry I lead the Energy Analysis Management team, delivering energy savings solutions for national clients such asNike and Verizon. The team grew significantly while under my guidance, both in number of employees and revenues generated.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the delivery of Energy Analysis, including product and software ideation, process management, customerrelations, and solution delivery.Conduct initial site audits to determine available savings measures in HVAC systems, building controls and scheduling, lighting, andspace usage patterns.Work with energy and mechanical engineers to develop ROI analysis for retrofits.Present initial and on-going energy analysis reports to all external clients.Host regular training classes at McKinstry as Subject Matter Expert on energy software, energy analysis, and department processes.Representative WorkAnalyzed data from interval meters on the Washington State Capitol Campus (25 buildings, 4,000,000 sq. feet) for steam, electric,natural gas and chilled water. Combine with on-site weather analysis and complete controls/schedule access to provide a monthlyreport on the efficiency of the campus. Work led directly to ESCO type project wins for McKinstry, and attainment of 10% energysavings goal.Supported national roll-out of PowerEd, an online energy report delivery process.
