Store Manager of a team of 8 with an annual turnover of £500,000. My responsibilities include the health and food safety of the staff, the store and the food. Ensuring we are delivering the subway vision alongside providing the best service to our customers in the hopes of creating a returning customer. I am also responsible for the schedule in line with our ABCs ensuring our profit margin is upheld against our food costs and labour spend. I am responsible for the merchandising of the store. I also liaise with the centre management team on how we can drive the subway vision and improve our footfall.

In my role as Retail Manager within an airport site I was responsible for the full operations of a site that takes a turnover of up to 500k per year with a staff head count of 10, operations included rotas, recruitment, strict airside security procedures including security passes for each individual. I was also responsible for the health and safety, merchandising and overall staff well being and morale. When leading the team I always lead from the front with a “lead by example” attitude.
