Working in a high school to teach EFL to Grade 10 students (aged 15-16). Each class has up to 30 students and we use a topic based approach to help students gain confidence using spoken English. We give them the opportunity to engage in English through a range of activities, using both pair and group work. I am required to work quickly and communicate well.
