IT and Telecommunications professional with 3 years of Technology experience in financial sector. Transitioned from Hospitality into Technology via apprenticeship scheme and acquired necessary skills through a combination of on the job experience and training courses. Passionate about design thinking and process improvement, ensuring to deliver robust and consistent service to external and internal customers. Since then I have continued to work for NatWest in Technology Services, pursuing a successful career in Service Delivery and Operational Resilience. As an Operational Resilience Support Manager, my primary skillset has been leveraging trusted relationships with business wide stakeholders, franchise leads and change teams to provide SME knowledge on new Operational Resilience Policies, and drive business transformation to align to the new Bank of England regulations by 2025. In addition, I have also provided innovative input to our own process,In addition to the above, I have lead Scrum teams to deliver change to internal ways of working, to transition our support teams from waterfall methodologies to agile and DevOps methodologies, coaching on Scrum, Kanban and Agile. I designed and configured a JIRA board to enable our heads of department to have a single view of all backlogs and filter based on their requirements and view of relevant information.Outside of work, my hobbies include Rock Climbing, Gaming and LARP
