Topfar is a mixed-use development firm and has closed on 600 acres, at 15M sq ft GFA, to be developed in the Greater Toronto Area. Management of the approvals side of TransCanada’s $1.2B Oakville Generating Station, a 950MW combined cycle natural gas fired plant.
