I am currently working for Fujitsu within their HMRC contract as an Onsite Technician at their Glasgow Regional centre where I carry out support for the full building. In September 2022 I completed my Modern Apprenticeship (SCQF Level 8 HND) in IT and Telecommunications with Erskine Care Home.I am a quick learning, hardworking individual who is able to adapt to either working on my own initiative or as part of a team.I have a friendly, polite and outgoing personality and am very reliable and committedWith my experience I have been able to gain many different transferrable skills and I am keen to develop additional skills in the workplace.Over the last 4 years I have worked within small IT departments where I have gained good experience with many systems such as the Office package, ServiceNow, Citrix, DesktopCentral, Mobile Device Management, and mainly using Windows 10/11 OS.
