Hi, I'm Fraser, a trainer and coach at F45 with a passion for fitness and sports development. I'm currently studying for a Bachelor of Sport Development at Deakin University. I hold a diploma in sports coaching and development and a certificate III and IV in fitnessAs a fitness coach, my goal is to help individuals reach their full potential and achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in delivering group training programs with motivation and passion, working with clients one one-on-one with a focus on functional movement and injury prevention, and coaching team sports.In my career, I have had the privilege of engaging with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to athletes. Through my coaching, I have helped many individuals achieve their goals, and work with a team to reach a common goal.Prior to working in the fitness industry, I spent four years working in hospitality. My time there taught me a variety of skills that have benefited me in my new career, such as; customer service, communication, working in a team, delivering under pressure and staff development.
