My role is a hybrid one based around the requirements of the business and involves supporting and mentoring the team in Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Operations Management, Financial Management and providing strategic IT advice and guidance to clients. Responsibility for:Major Accounts - technical account management to key accounts. I have a passion for technology and solving business challenges to increase the bottom line. I work with clients at C-level to advise on technology strategy.Finance Management – Chief Financial Officer managing a small team of Finance professionals to prepare Financial statements and Management Accounts.Project Management. I plan, manage, implement and review projects ensuring the objectives of the business are met within time and budget.Supplier and Stakeholder Management – Developing and managing supplier and stakeholder relationships.Operations Management – Setting up and developing new office locations in New York, LA, Singapore and Paris.
