Donna was previously a Senior Manager in the Business Advisory Services team at Moore Australia Darwin & before that at Deloitte in Darwin. Donna was predominantly involved in tax compliance and Corporate Secretarial compliance work on a variety of clients. Donna was responsible for a portfolio of small to large clients engaged in, construction, tourism, wholesale and retail along with high net wealth clients and family groups.Donna has been involved in public practice for the past 25 years working at various small and second tier firms before joining Deloitte.During her time in professional accounting Donna has had responsibility for providing accounting and taxation advice to a diverse range of private business and corporate clients and has assisted clients with formulation of appropriate business plans and financial strategies. Donna has experience in advising on income tax and business matters including appropriate business structuring, cash flow planning, preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Corporations Law and Australian Accounting Standards requirements as well as the implementation and use of cloud based accounting systems.During her time at Deloitte, Donna also managed the implementation of new reporting software including co-ordination of processes and supervision of staff.
