I am a high performing life science leader and adviser with extensive experience leading Global Corporate & R&D Transformations, Operational Management, R&D Project & Portfolio Management, Strategy Development and M&A Post Deal Integration/Separation Programmes. Over the last decade I have delivered on multiple critical GSK strategic priorities, including leading the GSK:Haleon separation which was the largest EU stock market demerger in recent times, key M&A divestments and integrations and a number of global operating model transformations resulting in significant savings, impacting >50k employees and harnessing innovation and growth. I have an exceptional ability to multi-task and effectively manage complex projects and multiple customers with an excellent mix of innovative visionary strategic thinking, negotiation, and pragmatism. I enjoy the complexity and challenges that are associated with these types of projects, not everyone does but I thrive on it. I am often described as an inspirational, adaptable and motivational leader that “gets things done” with pragmatism and an excellence balance of technical, business and people skills.
