Since December 2009 Lakeside & Thurrock BNI have gone from strength to strength, now in 2012 with the recession surely in a slow decline we continue to expand and share more business between the members.I was Chapter Director in October 2012 and for the next 6 months The BNI members meet once a week to promote our businesses to one another and to let members know what opportunities we have found for them in the previous week. Additionally, this chapter is quite unique as we manage to combine a great amount of business with an extremely jovial environment.Since the new leadership team changed in April 2013 I have been assisting the leadership team and chapter by helping new members via a mentor programme.
