Currently undertaking an embedded PhD study with Leeds Beckett University, researching contact load within female rugby union.In my current role I work with the Scottish Rugby Women's National Team, providing sport science support and coordinating data collection and analysis to support decision making of physical performance, medical, and coaching staff.Recently completed an MSc in Strength & Conditioning (graduating with Distinction) at the University of Edinburgh, culminating in a dissertation study assessing the validity of micro-sensor technology detection of professional rugby union skills. I have experience in conducting rugby performance analysis for a variety of clubs, academies/age-grade sides and national teams. Alongside sport science, I have extensive experience in snowsports coaching, event management, and digital media.
