Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the development, planning and delivery for the Melbourne Airport Rail project. The Senior Project Engineer will use their prior experience to coordinate the project scope, approvals, design development, program development, contracts development and construction activities. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is fundamental for success in this role.

Main expertise in Aquamaster mechanical and control systems overhaul and technical support.Travelling to shipyards or ports to represent Rolls-Royce and conduct overhaul or emergency works on Rolls-Royce/Kongsberg Maritime propulsion equipment. I worked in shipyards in Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Singapore, Japan, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Finland, and offshore vessels.Provide technical assistance on site or remotely for repair/overhaul of Rolls-Royce/Kongsberg Maritime equipment.Develop strong working relationship with ship crew, ship management, shipyard workers and shipyard management. Member of the HS&E committee.

The provision of on-site and off-site support to users of Rolls-Royce Marine products. The position further includes the responsibility to support sales and development initiatives to expand the service business within the Australian and regional Marine markets.I work in the service department within RRMA responding to the day to day requirements of all client or shipyard requirements connected with vessels fitted with Rolls-Royce Marine equipment.This position includes the recommendation of spare parts necessary for overhaul or for emergency and / or stock use, to build customer confidence and provide an exemplary service.

I have designed a number of unique products which are now part of the Richmond Wheel & Castor standard pipe roller range.Many of these projects are for the oil and gas or mining industries. For these projects I consult with the customer, design and cost a product to meet their needs and oversee the manufacture and delivery of goods.Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement Richmond Wheel & Castor imports a large range of wheel and castor and material handling products.It is my responsibility to ensure that these products are safe for use and meet Australian Standards. Further to this, I consult with the manufacturer to improve the products to meet our customer's needs.This process involves physical testing of products.
