Frasier is a capable and industrious Project Engineer with a strong understanding of demolition engineering principles and methodology and a high standard of workmanship. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from the University of Queensland. Since his graduation, Frasier has specialised in demolition, disassembly and remediation projects and is a dual citizen of Australia and The United Kingdom.After gaining 7 valuable years in the Australian and British engineering industry, Frasier has grown an appetite for large scale, interesting and complex projects as well as experiencing new ideas and philosophies to promote his growth. Joining Liberty Industrial in 2020, Frasier has worked under the guidance and mentorship of Liberty Industrial’s Senior Management team. Since he’s employment in Liberty’s fast-growing QLD and UK Teams, he has taken part in major QLD and UK Projects. Frasier is a well-rounded Project Engineer delivering on the full life-cycles of major projects including: Tendering; developing and implementing work methodology statements & risk assessments RAMS); management of project budget, schedule and HSEQ; working closely with clients, contractors and sub-contractors; and intuitive, safe and efficient problem. Recently, Liberty Industrial have utilised Frasier’s gregariousness, intuition and adaptability by providing him Preliminary Phase Project roles. Frasier is able to quickly understand new project’s needs, liaise and build strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders and provide a strong platform for the Project to build on, ensuring a successful project delivered safely, on time and within budget. Due to these qualities and his extensive knowledge of Liberty’s procedures, Frasier has been tasked by Liberty HQ in Australia to help establish Liberty’s presence within in the UK and abroad. Prior to his time at Liberty Industrial, Frasier was employed as a Project Finance Administrator and Undergraduate Engineer over a three-year period at Cardno. Over these two roles, he gained a variety of experience in the financial aspects of project management, as well as, the fundamentals of project engineering. Frasier delivers the highest standard of work to clients by working closely with management, engineers, supervisors and stakeholders over the full life cycle of a project, ensuring workplace health and safety at each step.
