• forecasting, short and long-term planning, business and project reviews and analysis
• Maintain necessary business control organisation in the BS and develop personnel in the BS business and project control groups

• Ensure implementation of relevant procedures and best practices

• Participate in reviews of project reporting meetings on a monthly basis and give directions to projects to secure a robust reporting and one approach methodology within the department.
• Developing and giving input to/ maintain procedures/ tools/ routines focusing on a high quality commercial reporting and limiting room for errors. One model approach for all employees within the Finance Department.
