Responsible for up to 10 direct reporting employees• Lead the finance function for the business stream, direct all aspects of management reporting, business controlling,• forecasting, short and long-term planning, business and project reviews and analysis• Maintain necessary business control organisation in the BS and develop personnel in the BS business and project control groups• Lead and coordinate business planning process for BS• Ensure implementation of relevant procedures and best practices• Manage finance, cost control and cash flow function of the BS• Identification of business improvement initiatives in the BS• Lead, coordinate and execute business planning process• Review and analyse business and project performance• Steer ad-hoc profitability analysis to improve cash flow• Discussion partner and business support to Head of BS• Active cost follow up• Challenge business performance in the BS• Follow up of investments; fixed and R&D costs• Active involvement in tender process• Reporting• Reporting and consolidation of financial figures in accordance to internal procedures• Own P&L and balance sheet and make sure quality checks are made and accruals performed

Responsible for up to 10 direct reporting employees• Managing the reporting and consolidation of the department P/L. • Poviding commercial analysis of performance to management. • Maintain an overview of planned and actual cash flow for the defined project activities within the department.• Participate in reviews of project reporting meetings on a monthly basis and give directions to projects to secure a robust reporting and one approach methodology within the department.• Developing and giving input to/ maintain procedures/ tools/ routines focusing on a high quality commercial reporting and limiting room for errors. One model approach for all employees within the Finance Department.• Member of the WOS management team and shall contribute the team with views reflecting impacts and ideas relating to hers/his responsibility area.• Responsible for developing a team spirit within hers/ his team.• Responsible to ensure fulfilment of the corporate and BA reporting requirements.• Responsible for commercial control of projects and planning/ budgeting for the P/L entity.• Have a strong interface with the Sales and Tender Manager to be able to facilitate best possible actual figures from the WOS project execution side.• Holding the responsibility to develop staff and procedures, and hire/dismiss personnel within his area. • Holding the responsibility to participate in the management team of the department, and forming of strategy, business plans and policies.• Line manager for the people in his/her group. The position holds the responsibility for personnel management/ reporting according to Aker Subsea HR routines.• Responsible for recommending actions and provide input to management regarding the defined business objectives.
