As the CEO of Retail Services Brasil, I have been leading the company's operations in airport food and beverage (F&B) and retail for over 10 years, with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Retail Services Brasil operates convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and burger joints in the airports of Guarulhos and Congonhas, and has been awarded twice at the FAB-Awards for its outstanding formats of 365 Deli and Haytu.I have also extensive experience in airport business development, having conducted commercial due diligences, advised on privatization processes, and implemented duty free operations in several Brazilian airports. I have supported potential consortiums in the bidding processes for the airports of Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Campinas, Salvador, Confins, Fortaleza, and Porto Alegre, and helped Airports Company South Africa win the concession for Guarulhos Airport. I have also assisted in the establishment, licensing, and management of duty free businesses in Brazil.
