As a senior leader, I lead the strategic direction of the facilitator department, manage a diverse team of facilitators and oversee the curriculum design and logistics for a wide range of bespoke personal development programmes.Furthermore, I act as lead facilitator, host and public speaker for an array of workshops and external client events that engage and inspire young people and professionals.

The Skills Builder Partnership is leading social enterprise on a mission to ensure everyone builds the essential skills they need to succeed.My key responsibilities included:- Providing consultancy to charities, not-for-profits and impact organisations to support them in alignining their programmes, delivery and evaluation methods to a common language of essential skills.- Developing bespoke resources to help partner organisations build essential skills through their programmes, complimenting their established objectives and theory of change. - Business development to create a cluster of National and regional youth and sport organisations; then hosting regular events to provide a platform to network, share best practice and learn from each another to help generate collective impact across the sector.

My key responsibilities included:- Building and managing relationships with a cluster of schools across the country, working with school leaders to create a curriculum that values, builds and embeds essential skills.- Delivering bespoke consultancy and training and to senior leaders, teachers and practitioners, providing them with the confidence and tools to support essential skill development in others.- Working with infrastructure organisations and stakeholders across the sector to push the narrative of essential skills and help affect positive change across the education landscape.

As Curriculum Development Officer I worked as part of the leadership team in the Charity’s Schools department, using football and sport as a vehicle for change across Sussex.My key responsibilities included:- Overseeing funded educational projects with partners such as the Premier League, American Express, and the Prince’s Trust. Establishing and executing delivery plans, managing budgets and reporting on impact.- Leading on the design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of a range of cross-curricular intervention projects and events, such as the Game Changer wellbeing programme, Goal Difference active numeracy scheme and inaugural Young Women’s Enterprise Conference.- Growing partnerships with schools and educational institutions across Sussex, developing curriculum and wellbeing-focused intervention programmes that engage learners through sporting themes.- Line managing a team of practitioners, providing support and training to assist them in their roles and grow their confidence as practitioners working with disadvantaged young people.

My key responsibilities included:- Planning, delivering and monitoring group intervention and 1-1 mentoring sessions with disengaged and hard-to-reach young people in schools across Sussex.- Developing content for collapsed-curriculum days focusing on a range of subject areas including wellbeing, nutrition and core subject themes, before leading these at the American Express Community Stadium.- Managing the recruitment and extra-curricular opportunities of students on the Football & Education scholar programme, whilst establishing relationships with schools, universities and other higher education institutions.

Whilst travelling across Asia and Australia I I worked as a freelance Numeracy tutor, offering bespoke tuition to help learners improve their mathematical understanding.
