I am a qualified teacher who left the education sector a decade ago, seeking a better way to scaffold the journey of young people on their route towards success. Since then I have gained extensive experience across the third sector; building skills, driving personal development and affecting change in a variety of roles.In my current position at 2-3 Degrees, I lead the strategic direction of the facilitator department, manage our team of facilitators and oversee the curriculum design of an array of personal development programmes. Furthermore, I act as lead facilitator, host and public speaker for an array of workshops and external client events that engage and inspire young people and professionals.
