H. G. Wells wrote “Adapt or perish, now as ever, is Nature's inexorable imperative”. The same can be said about business. Understanding and accepting change and the need to adapt in an effective, sustainable and timely fashion is paramount to short and long-term success in today’s global environment.I am a dynamic, determined and hard-working human resource management graduate with a strong interest in international business and organizational excellence. Personal drive, dedication and perseverance led me to succeed in sport at the Olympic level, in academics graduating with distinction, and in business helping to develop a successful sport training complex and youth program in Kahnawake, Quebec.Thriving on success and helping “the team” achieve excellence along the path to reaching or surpassing organizational change and improvement objectives now motivates me.
