I am a hard working and driven individual who has a wide range of experience ranging from academic research, to customer service to statistical analysis and survey design. Having earned a pair of masters' degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Michigan in Political Science and Public Policy respectively my academic experience has given me a strong foundation that has enabled me to excel in a wide range of positions. After completing my education I was selected for a competitive internship with the Fraser Institute that had me moving to Vancouver for a summer to work for one of Canada's leading Think Tanks. After completing the internship I worked as a contract researcher for a number of organizations on a wide range of topics including: public policy, economic development and local economic impact. Our proof of concept at adusearch.ca enables City of Windsor residents to explore the ability to build an additional dwelling unit on their property. Based on this proof of concept, we were one of 14 projects selected by CMHC to scale across Canada and 2022 will see us scale our tool to up to 100 municipalities across Canada, creating what could be one of the first national ADU capacity and financial cost datasets in Canada. In this role I oversaw a GIS teams that led the mapping as well as data acquisition from municipal and provincial partners. -
