- Maintaining the data integrity of the donor database in Raiser's Edge (RE) and integrating offline/online donations between our online giving platforms and RE.- The processing and receipting of daily gifts, providing reports and lists to senior development officer to track giving levels and supporting mailing initiatives. - Developing materials to acknowledge and thank the contributions made by donors and supporters to the organization, letting them know how their gift is creating positive impact and inspiring them to continue their support.- Utilizing VCF social media platforms to support communications/marketing and fundraising initiatives of the organization (giving opportunities/events/awareness building).- Providing other administrative duties as required.

Management and execution of the Great Grants Awards, OTF's bi-annual awards luncheon celebrating the exceptional leadership and success of their grantees from across Ontario.- Coordinated with external suppliers for the printing of event programs, creation of plaques and awards, booking studio time, and catering.- Liaison with attendees with updates of the event, dietary requirements, and travel/parking.- Created and managed documents and data on SharePoint as needed to keep the communications team updated on tasks.
