Sandra helped the Deloitte Ventures team, Deloitte’s corporate venture capital arm, to define and establish their value proposition and helped portfolio companies with their go-to-market strategies. She accelerated the integration of Deloitte Ventures into the Montreal start-ups and VC ecosystem.

As one of the founding members of the product (SaaS) development business at Deloitte Canada, Sandra established the foundation and strategic direction enabling the future successes of this new revenue stream (e.g. doubling the product-enabled revenue within one year).
