Responsible for all aspects of marketing including front line and in-house channels. Managing outside vendors to maximize tour flow with existing programs as well as exploring and adding new profitable programs. Working closely with sales making sure the most profitable marketing channels are maximized.

Responsible for all marketing departments including local OPC marketing, In-House/Resort and Welcome Center. Oversaw the integration of the combined marketing efforts for both Wyndham brands, WorldMark by Wyndham and Wyndham Vacation Resorts.

Managed three departments that included the Welcome Center, 15 Guest Service/Concierge desks in hotels and restaurants and the Gift Room and Concierge desk at the Palms Resort Country Club/Mystic Dunes Resort. These three departments had a staff of over 40 people, including managers and hourly employees. Responsible for all areas of operation, including marketing, sales and inventory control. Annual sales volume exceeded $14 million with a total inventory turnaround of approximately $25 million per year. Job was centered around maximizing sales and tours through creative sales and marketing programs as well as motivating employees.
