Designed, developed and oversaw all business operations for the first Northern California Early Childhood Autism Services organization. Led the organization in all parts of finance, reviewed and implemented software platforms fro expansions, hiring, payroll, employee benefits including retirement (403B) and developing discretionary annual retirement compensation, company and employee insurance coverages, state and local district contracts, insurance authorizations, MOUs, billings, payments, tax preparations, and prepared for and oversaw the annually 501(c)(3) state mandated full financial audit.Active in all forms of governmental regulatory entities and legislation that over saw the practices of autism services at the state level.Worked committees with the Department of Education, Department of Developmental Services, Department of Managed Health Care, Department of Health Care Services, as well as the state legislature in matters involving the preservation for delivery of high quality autism services.Grew the organization to over 100+ professionals working in the Bay Area, Fresno and Monterey Counties. Provided high quality evidence based educational and behavioral services to thousands of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Oversaw three separate property facilities Bay Area, Fresno (with a Preschool) and Monterey.Active member of the Autism Business Association.
