•Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on current or potential clients and other business opportunities. •Travel throughout West Coast territories to call on regular and prospective customers and solicit orders to talk with customers at their place of business or by phone. •Communicate with inventory controller to ensure appropriate levels of inventory for current customers and prospects.

•Provide customers a Product Line Sheet of supplies and equipment to purchase.•Help customers to be efficient with production and help with any problems.•Weekly Reports to follow up with customers that have questions or concerns about printing techniques/supplies and equipment issues.•Attend Screen Printing Convention Shows and introduce customers to all our Manufacturers. NBM Show with M&R and SPR Open House to showcase supplies and equipment. Help M&R install and breakdown equipment.

•Responsible for intake and management of all production orders. Orders are to be analyzed and work is to be delegated out to the proper departments.•Maintain projects and staff management through the proper Slack and Google Drive Channels.•Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects and malfunctions. •Responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, equipment parts, and repairs. Manage vendor relationship.

•Responsible for production and sales.•Contract orders to reputable screen printing companies. •Perform minor maintenance and repairs on M&R equipment and troubleshooting tasks to keep auto/manual machines operational.

•Supervise and assign duties to screen printers and graphic designs.•Responsible for all quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.•Daily sales and generating new orders.

•Responsible for all job orders to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed. •Establish new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients.

•Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting.•Oversee production with screen printers to ensure quality and scheduled due dates.

•Screen Printing and Full Package Apparel orders.•Review processing schedules or production orders to coordinate with certain vendors to complete the job on or before the due date.
