Director Of Safety & Security
Current• Perform a diverse range of responsibilities to include, but not limited to: overseeing productivity and performance of security officers and all daily shift operations while providing direction and order to security team as situations arise; responding to and contacting needed services pertinent to handling of medical emergencies as well as troubleshooting difficulties while implementing viable solutions; all of which resulting in highly safe, efficient, and smooth flowing high-level security management operations.• Interact with the VP of Security and Operations Supervisor pertinent to major occurrences, and develop effective security procedures, protocols, and emergency evacuation routes.• Investigate guest and team member complaints and internal investigations while problem- solving concerns and streamlining activities.• Interview, investigate and document all applicable incidents in compliance with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
