Lead a team of Data Engineers to construct pipelines that tranform and provide reliable, actionable information to a suite of innovative data tools. Using Dagster to orchestrate data from an ever growing network of partner school districts, Engineers scale the data warehouse and modernize legacy pipelines to decrease delivery time while increasing transparency and accuracy.

Worked with stakeholders to collaboratively design data tools. Led a team of data engineers and software developers to build and maintain suites of data dashboards and reporting tools. Served as lead dashboard developer and Tableau Server administrator as well as dashboard evangelist, explaining dashboard tools to non-technical audiences. Facilitate district transition to new student information system: Create reports to support district administrators, generate and maintain supporting databases. Launched and currently manage Tableau reporting system that allows school and district leadership to find relationships between demographics, grades, attendance, and discipline data to maximize student success. Develop and execute strategy to modernize and automate data collection and processing workflows. Collaborate with school teams to create customized data systems to meet their unique needs, redesign school performance reports. Provide staff development for team. Assist district leadership with strategic planning.
