• Develop and implement trade-in strategies, including costing and logistic requirements from store / online / customer.• Implement new systems to improve processes.• Manage costs and repairs of trade-in goods and oversee quality assurance testing.• Monitor production efficiencies to ensure proper preparation of goods, timely load and shipment.
